I have a document I sent out for "E-signature" to multiple people, but I only need one person to sign. How can I mark the document as "complete"?

Hi corina_1424,

Thank you for reaching out.

When you need only one person to sign the document out of multiple recipients, please use the "Recipient Group" feature. For more information on this feature, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4oit30O

If you have already sent the document to multiple recipients, marking it complete is impossible until all recipients sign in. Please cancel the agreement and send it again.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions
