Maximum file size?

Hello all,

Does anyone know what the maximum file size is that Adobe Sign can accommodate? I've spoken to multiple Adobe Sign support specialists, and all of them have told me that if you request capacity beyond 10 MB they can give it to you, but they haven't told me what the maximum file size is. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is a limit of 10MB for the size of the document that can be sent for signature.

If you required, you can request to increase the limit for the size of the document.

Currently, we do not have information about the maximum size that can be provided.

You will need to contact the pre-sales team to get information on this.

If you are having trouble sending out the file for signature. Try compressing your file into a smaller pdf using the PDF compression tool. Its located in the toolbox under "Compress a PDF"

Hi,

I had the same issue. We were able to increase our limit to 100MB which we were told is the maximum allocation that  Adobe will provide. We have files larger than 100MB, so we are still looking for an external way to compress the file and then send via AS.

It is something you need to check with the Acrobat Sign support team. They can tell you whether it is possible to increase the file size with your current plan or if you need to upgrade the plan. Adobe sign does not allow bigger than 10 MB file so it's not supporting big fiel we got to use different provider like docusign etc.
