Trying to send out a mega sign file with the list of email addresses. The CSV file has the email addresses, recipient's name and a message.
When I try to attached the email file to adobe sign I get an error message mega sign merge file rows must have an email value. Everything I have tried does not fix it.
Has anyone else ever run across this problem and if so how did you solve it?

Hi Denise,
My first thought is that you don't have the header row on your CSV, or the email address header isn't syntactically correct.
But that's just a guess based on your observations.
The CSV you describe should look something like this (row 1 being the important one in this error case):

If the above isn't the issue, then you will want to open a case with the support team, and attach both the CSV you are using and the agreement file you are sending (if possible).
To open a ticket, log in to Adobe sign, and click the question mark at the top right of the window.

This will open a form where you can type in the description of the problem, and attach the files.
Support will be able to assess the CSV, and your account, and should be able to find the root cause pretty quickly.
