Megasign for Document with Varying Number of Signers

New Here ,

I can't seem to find any documentation on this and would appreciate any support the community could provide.

Here's the example:

I have a CSV document that includes specific information about each child enrolled in a program, including their parent(s) and/or Guardian names and email addresses.

I would like to send a Waiver for each child enrolled that populates the relevant information about the child (allergies, enrollment dates, age, etc)----and requires all parents and guardians signatures on the same document before the respective Instructor countersigns.

*One child's Waiver require 5 signatures (Mother, Father, Stepmother, Nanny, Brother) while another child's Waiver could require just 1 signature (Mother).

Given that I have 350 of these to issue, it possible to use Megasign to send out these Waivers for signature by the respective caretakers all at once? If so, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
