Merchant needs to send client a copy of pdf document?

A merchant that uses Echosign sent me a document to sign. I no longer have it in my email. What does the merchant need to do to resend me an email copy of the signed pdf document?

Hi,

To recover your signed document, the only thing that needs to be done is for you to go to http://www.echosign.com/ and sign in using the e-mail address used to sign the document. This should allow you to view any document you've signed as listed under the Manage tab.
