Merge Data Not Appearing (Adobe Sign for Salesforce)

New Here ,

We have the updated version (v21) installed in our sandbox. But I can't get the merge data to appear in the sample document. I'm using the one that comes with the package called "Client Services Agreement" but it's not pulling anything in.

I've checked the Merge Mapping and the fields in the document template, and everything looks fine. What am I missing??
