Merge mapping says successful but nothing shows up

Hi,

 

I run the merge mapping and it's not generating any errors, but when I open the document, all of the fields are gone and nothing is populated . Please help.

As you have mentioned above, you run the merge mapping. Could you please confirm steps you do?

We have checked your account and see that you are subscribed to Creative Cloud All Apps that includes the Adobe Sign individual plan. The merge mapping feature is not includes with this plan.

It would be helpful if you can share more details on what exactly you are trying.
