Message Templates

I have a related question. I use Acrobat Pro DC for teams and Abobe E sign for business. I sent most of my documents from Acrobat Pro DC for signature. Is it possible to change the default message to signers from within Acrobat Pro DC, instead of an individual edit per document?

In other words can you make a message template within Acrobat Pro DC like you can with Adobe e-sign for business?

Thank you

Hi Joslyn,

Sorry for the delayed response.

As you have mentioned above that you use "send for signature" in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to send the document, it uses the individual Adobe Sign account

Sorry to say it is not possible to change the default message in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

You will need to change message every time you send the document for signature.

Hope the information helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.
