Modify "From" address

We are using Adobe Sign in Salesforce.  We would like to modify the "From" address when the documents are sent to the recepients.  Currenly it uses the email address of the current user.  Please advise.

Got it solved for my case! It will be permanent and apply to all future Adobe Sign. I'm not sure it can help yours. 

1) Go edit your Profile

2) Change Primary Email to the one you want
