Multiple Signatures in an Open Web Form

Hello.  We need to publish on our website a web form that allows students AND parents to fill it out and sign it (two signatures).  We don't know who they are so we need to leave this web form open for anyone to fill out, hence we can't use specific email addresses.  Is this possible?

None so far and I haven't found any docs that talk about multiple, different signatures, just the same signature multiple times in the same doc.

Did not. But I found out unofficially that it cannot be done.
