My final document has a black box around the text. How do I remove it?

When I receive my final signed document all the text box information has a solid black box around it.  Is there a way to remove it?

Hi SimonATS,

I figured it out!  It was set up in the original document I uploaded.  The text boxes were set up to have a black border.
