Hello all,
This is for my company. I work as a help desk technician and discovered this and want to find out an answer as Customer Support didn't know.
I understand you do not need a license to recieve a document to sign. However, a co-worker of mine received a document from a different company to sign and it wanted to validate his account before opening to sign. Our users typically don't have an Adobe ID as they would only need it to access Acrobat Pro.
My question is, do you need an Adobe ID to open a document to sign from an external company/user?
Have something to add?
