Need to add warning for first signature request to let them know it gets emailed to the next person

Need to add a warning for the first signature request to let them know it gets emailed to the next person immediately after they sign. Would like it in larger print on top of the page. We are using this for offer letters and it is getting sent before managers have the conversation which is definitely not ideal. The reminder would be of great value!
