New interface - where is web form gone?

With the new sign interface (which I think is a dissater but that's for another day), I can't find the web form.  Even the tutorial on the Adobe site looks nothing like I'm seeing when I log in.  Very fustrating.  Anyone any ideas?

I was looking for the same thing. What level of Adobe Sign account do you have? I had thought the webform was part of the adobe dc package that included Sign, but now looking back it is not listed there. The webform seems to only be included in the small business sign package and up

I'm just using the Sign package.  I can create a form with the "Create Template" option nut can't see how to embed it into a website - the old version had an easy url/code to copy and paste.
