I have a sign template that I have been using for several years without issue. Until now. I try to use the template (with prefill spots, a few signature and initials spaces, etc) and it opens in the new version of adobe sign. However, all the template fields have been moved up on the document about an inch. So I went into edit the template, and it takes me back to the legacy version of editing. In the legacy view, all the fields are in the correct place. So I try saving the template. Go back to use the template and it takes me back to the new version of editing, with all the fields moved again.

My next thought was I would just create a whole new template with the same document. So I try doing this, and once I add the document, it takes me to the legacy version to create the template. I did not go through and finish creating the template because I thought it might have the same issue. Any one have any ideas? I dont mind using the legacy version or the new version. I just want to be able to use the template as I have been for years.

I reached out to adobe support. My issue is a known problem and they are working on a fix. They had me go into my settings and uncheck the box where it says something to the affect of "use newest version of adobe sign". Click save. Then refresh the page. This worked for me. Although it is just a temporary workaround. I would like to use the new UI when they get this bug worked out.

MORE DETAILS: I tried using the template again, it took me to the new UI. I manually moved all the fields to the correct place on the document. Clicked next to prefill the doc. It then took me to what looked like the legacy version, and all the fields were in the wrong place. They seemed to be the distance away that I had moved them on the previous page. Not sure if this helps anyone understand my issue... I hope it does.
