No line with name, date and time under signature available

For example, I have my document signed by three people. Two of them simply put their signature on the pdf where I want it. The third person has a blue line under their signature with their name, date and time. And I would like to have this line on the other two people as well. How can I set this and why is this the default setting for one person?

You can change this in the settings.  Choose 100% ESIGN Compliant and the line will appear for all signatures.
