I used to be able to copy and paste text from the “Message” section of completed AdobeSign documents until less than a week ago. I use AdobeSign to process contracts and amendments and their associated initiation and approval forms, and a lot of the language I use in my messages to accompany those documents is the same or very similar to previous messages I’ve sent (see the grey sidebard on the attached screenshot), so it was nice to be able to open a completed document and copy and paste the message that accompanied it into the message section of a new document and make whatever minor updates I needed to make to it before sending the document for signatures. Now, the message from completed documents can’t be selected using my cursor. Why? I liked having the ability to do that. Is there anything that can be done to bring back that functionality?AdobeSign screenshot.png
