Not able to create API Application

We are not getting "API Applications" Link Under Adobe Sign "API" Section, though the client is having a paid account.

We NEED to go LIVE urgent. Many thanks in advance for Help.

Please be informed API is only available in Adobe Sign Enterprise account. Please contact our Sales team on the numbermnetioned in the below link for the upgrade to avail this feature:
