I am not receiving Adobe Sign Signature emails. I used to before though. Now, I must wait for the other party to sign before receiving an email.
I checked my spam folder & added Adobe Email to my safe list.
Anyone know how to fix this?

This generally happens when the document is sent in a way to get a signature in an order.
Would you mind elaborating more about the emails you are referring to?
Are you the sender of the document and not receiving the notification?
Please share more information.

Usually, when I send the document off for signature, I would receive the document to sign immediately. Now, I don't receive it. I'd have to wait for the other party to sign it for me to receive it. Them signing it I think overrides my email server to receive it. If that makes sense
