necesito poder enviar documentos para su firma y se queda colgado a la hora de marcar donde se firma. otras funcionalidades tampoco funcionan como la lectura de pdf. Gracias

Please let us know if you are using the Adobe Acrobat desktop application to send the document for signature. Share more information on what happens. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version installed on the machine. 

If you get any error messages, share the screenshot with us.
