Cannot send agreements from SFDC - getting this error. Attached agreement from Echosign, along with its template. I think this might be happening because of edit privileges on the agreement in the Adobe Sign portal.

I suddenly have the same error. It was fine yesterday. Since I upgraded to a paid plan, then it starts to have this error. Have you found a solution yet? thanks

Hi,

Don't know if it was resolved for you, but I had a similar issue.

Turns out that the share ("Who can use") on a template had been changed to "Only Me" when it should have been "Any user in my organisation", although yours may need to be "Any user in my group". All I can say is that the sender (like the SF integration) has to be in the same group as the template.

I'm 99% sure the share was correct when it was created, but by the number of reports of this breaking after working the previous day I'm wondering if some bug on the back end is flipping a bit.

When you edit a template, expand the Template Properties and check the highlighted area.

Hope this helps,

Richard
