One signature for multiple document

I have to sign the same document 400 times, but it always goes to someone else for a second signature. Can I somehow sign the 400 documents only once and all 400 documents are then signed, or does each document always have to be signed individually?
Thank you very much.

Hello,

If it is a process that is sent, that is, a transaction, in which several documents go, the user can determine where the different parties are going to sign, if he places the signature on each sheet, the user must sign on each sheet, there is no Automatic process, since the user must have the intention and sign that document.

If you send several documents in a single shipment, you can decide if they remain together and sealed, or each one is left separately, but if your signature must be on each one, you will have to do the aforementioned.

There is not, or I do not know so far something automatic or batch to sign. since it must be signed and have the intention to do so.

Greetings,

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

As I understand, there is one document that you need to send to 400 individuals and you will be the first signer in that document. Is that correct? Please confirm.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello,

Basically, it is the same document. The first sentence in the document contains the respective name of the other signatory. Therefore, there are 400 documents that differ in the first sentence. But I don't want to sign them 400 times because the content is always the same (except for the first sentence).

Thanks,

Seb

Hi Seb,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If the name of the signatory is not prefilled and will be filled by the recipients and you have to only add the same information and signature then you can use the Mega Sign feature to send a single document to multiple users

However, if the name is to be prefilled and signed, then there is no automatic process to add a signature to multiple documents.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
