Hello,
I apologize if this has been answered already - I couldn't find this question on the forum.
Is it possible to have a form posted online (say my website) and anyone can access it and sign it? I have a group of vendors who I would like to be able to sign a document with our company, but don't want to necessarily put in their emails, etc. ahead of time as I don't know who will be signing it. It could be hundreds of signers individually signing this form.
Is there a way to do this?
Hi Michellep1184,
Apologies for the slight delay in response.
In order to post a form online, you can use our Adobe Sign self-serve Webform functionality. This functionality allows for you to have a fillable and signable form available on your website. You don't need to know the email address of the signer prior to signing the agreement.

The webform functionality is available with

The webform functionality is available with the Small Business, Business and Enterprise Adobe Sign license. I've sent you a private message to discuss the best package for your requirements.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
