Optimizing/Automatize internal Consent Process

Hello dear Community,

Here is my problem:
We need to get an internal consent form from a lot of people individually. It is always the same process, just with different names in each case. Does anyone have a better idea than creating a template and manually swapping names? In my ideal vision, I import a CSV with names and Email adresses and the consents are obtained automatically.

I'm curious to hear your suggestions.

Kind regards

Would the csv be used to drive a batch of these agreements?

If so so and there's only one signer, look at using send in bulk (formerly known as Megasign:

https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/mega-sign.html

if you have multiple signers per agreement in the batch, then there's GigaSign:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/document-cloud-learn/sign-learning-hub/develop/custom/gigasi...

if you need something more bespoke and want to create something like a watched folder, then i would look into using MS Power Automate and the Sign connector to set something up.
