PDF Form with multiple signature sign-offs?

Guest
Oct 12, 2017 Oct 12, 2017

I have a PDF form that lists multiple benchmarks that have to be signed off. Ideally, I want the accountability of the signature function. However, with a few dozen signatures required, it is cumbersome to have to Save after each one. Is there a way to sign multiple times in a single form, and save once? Or is there an alternative that I'm not thinking of that retains the accountability of the signature, but doesn't require the repititous Save? Thanks for any thoughts on this!

Your description makes it sounds like you either use the digital signing option or fill and sign in Acrobat.

The digital signature would force a save indeed.

Adobe Sign which is a separate service may help your workflow. It would let you upload the form, assign the form fields to participants, who signs, upon signing it will send the form to the next person. Once all have participated a final signed and protected document is send to all along with an audit trail listing all events.
