PDF icons in a word document

Hi

We insert PDFs to our Word documents as icons.  However when uploading the document to eSign, the ability to open this icon to see the full PDF is lost.  Is this something that we can work around?

Hi bethl64501093 ,

I would like to inform you that once the document is uploaded to Adobe Sign , it is treated like image file. The Word file gets flattened as image and i am afraid there is no workaround available for this.
