Does anyone have a direct management contact at Adobe Sign?
Our company account was shut down based on a back end mistake at Adobe Sign and I have been trying to get customer support via chat, phone, and account executives since early Friday morning. All I am getting is the run around, transfers until the call is dropped, and the worst customer support I have ever encountered. Our company cannot process documents due to their error and nobody at Adobe Sign is taking ownership. Can anyone in the community help me?
