Pop up window when a check box is 'ticked'

Hi guys

I have a document which my clients sign online.

In there, there is a check box. When they tick that box, I would want a pop up to come up with a message (kind of 'are you sure you want to check this box?').

I have tried to find a solution to this as I know there is one but to no avail. Could someone please let me know what I would need to to do.

Could you please let us know how you will be crating the form? And how will you be sending it for signature?

In Acrobat Sign, the workflow you are looking for the checkbox might not be possible.

It would be helpful if you could share more information about your worfklow.
