Pre-check radio buttons on multiple pages

I congratulate you for this community and I am delighted to use Adobe Sign every day.

I tried to find my solution in the previous messages but without success.

I'll tell you a simple problem and maybe you'll have a solution for me.

I prepare my interactive forms directly in Adobe Indesign.
For this, I use option boxes that must be repeated in several pages.

For example :
1 box Mister
1 box Madam

These 2 boxes are repeated on 6 pages.
Unfortunately, even if I give them the same name, the boxes do not appear early and my clients are forced to repeat the operation on each page.

Do you have a solution to facilitate this operation?
