I'm following the directions on this page: Prefill Agreement fields before sending  but when I go to "get a document signed the Preview & Add Signature Fields check box does not appear at all. I am using the free trial version, but it doesn't seem like that should matter. How am I supposed to properly gauge if the product meets my needs if I don't have access to all the features?! Help!

Please check once the account settings for the Adobe Sign account.

Log in to the Adobe Sign account and go to Account tab.

Then select Account Settings from the option at right. Then scroll the window at left to the option "Preview, position signatures and add form fields".

Check the box (if not already checked) for "Allow senders to modify document preview settings per document".

Then click on Save at the bottom. Check the screenshot below:

Then try again to send the document for signature and check

Hi LilyF- Your Adobe Sign account admin will need to enable the setting.  They should login to Sign, click the Account header tab,  choose "Send Settings" from the left hand panel,  and enable "Allow senders to modify document preview settings per document".

Hi Brittanyb,

As the "Preview & Add Signature Fields" does not appear on the page, please sign out from the account.

Then clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

Relaunch the browser and use this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign to log in to your Adobe Sign trial account.

Check if the option appears now.

You may also use an alternate browser or the new incognito window in the Chrome browser.

Use the same link as mentioned above to log in the account.

Check if that helps.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Thank you. I tried both clearing the cache and cookies and an incognito window in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. I am still not seeing the option in any of the four windows I tried.

I’m testing several scenarios with the Adobe Sign trial version and the “Preview & Add Signature Fields” doesn’t appear to work.  Is this functionality not available in the trial version? Thank you.

Hi patrickw22044695

I see that you hold an Adobe Sign Trial account, please be informed Trial account has all the features of an Enterprise level subscription except API (integration).

And, “Preview & Add Signature Fields” is there in all the Adobe Sign accounts. Could you please share the screenshot of the "Send" page of your Adobe Sign account.

I would also recommend you to try an alternate web browser (Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign ) as this could be a browser related issue also.

Regards,
Aadesh

I have installed a Trial Version of Adobe Sign.  In my Trial Version I do no see the "Preview and Add Signature Fields" toggle under "Send for Signature" drop down.  How can I enable this toggle to be visible.  Without this toggle and processing to allow me to add the different fields the app is useless.
