Hi, Have someone the same issues recieving Adobe Sign SMS messages on Belgium mobile telephone numbers:
Sending to +32475xxxxxx does not work (Belgium Telenet mobile phone number range)
Sending to +3248xxxxxxx works belgium (Belgium Base/Telenet mobile phone number range)
Sending to +316xxxxxxxx works the netherlands Works fine.
But the Mobile Provider (in Case Telenet) see no sms messeges from your servers of adobe sign
The full range +32 475 xx xx xx does not work anymore after 02-05-2022

As mentioned above, you do not receive Adobe Sign SMS messages.
Would you mind elaborating on the workflow you are using?
Please let us know the Acrobat Sign service you are using. We have tried to check your account with the email address used to sign in here on the community page. We cannot locate any Acrobat Sign account using that email address.
If you are using any alternate email address, please share it with us in a private message. So we can check the account details and help you with the correct information.
