Problem with Fill & Sign in Adobe Sign

Bonjour, j'ai un souci avec Adobe Sign, je sélectionne remplir et signer, ensuite je sélectionne ma signature, mais je n'ai pas le bouton signer qui permet de terminer

As mentioned, the sign button to finish the document is not available when using the Fill & Sign tool in Acrobat Sign. Is that correct?

Please share the screen recording of your workflow to complete the document. We will get this checked.
