Quand j'envoie un Pdf à faire signer à plusieurs destiataires, et que je demande au premier signataire de joindre un fichier ( photo d'un document ), le second signataire reçoit une enorme photo et un tout petit PDF à signer, mais celui-ci est tellement petit qu'il est illisible et donc impossible à signer. A savoir que mes signataires signent uniquement avec leurs smartphones.

As per the information, you send the document for signature. You mentioned that you asked the first signer to attach the file. Please let us know how they are attaching the file. It would be helpful if you could share the steps for sending the document to several signatories.

Good morning,
Here are attached the screen prints of how we ask to sign our documents:
see these images in order from 12 to 19.
After sending the PDFs, recipients open the agreement from their email and
with their smartphones. The first attaches a file as requested and signs.
Then the second receives the agreement in his email and opens it to sign,
but that's where the problem is: the attached file is huge and the PDF is
so small that it is unreadable even if you enlarge it.
I hope to have a solution from you, it's important, we have opted for the
Acrobat Pro subscription to request these signatures...
