Problems with Adobe Sign?

I am trying to use Adobe Sign. I have tried to add recipients for the CC (Show CC) but it wont give me the field to put the addresses in. Furthermore, I have tried to Upload (Upload) files and it wont let me do that either. I was able to do these things for the past 6 months including late last night. What can I do to fix this? My IT guy doesn't know what to do either.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue?

As you have mentioned above you are not able to add the recipients in the CC.

Please make sure that you click on "Show CC" option above the "Message" box under the Send tab.

If you are not able to upload the file, please check if the file is less than 10 MB in size.

Also, make sure that it is not a protected file.

If you get any error message while using these options, share the message with us.
