My team and I (4 users) have requested developer access for Adobe Sign API, but have yet to get access or receive any updates. Can these please be provisioned? From https://developer.adobe.com/console/servicesandapis, there is a popup for "Contact your system admin to request access to this service", but do not know how to see or contact that system admin

As you are using the Adobe Acrobat Sign developer account, you will need to get in touch with the Acrobat Sign Pre-sales team to get help.
I would request you to contact the pre-sales team. They will be able to provide you the pre-sales technical assistance and share the correct information.
Please refer to the following link to contact them: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/sign/pricing/plans.html. Open the link and go to the Teams tab. Contact the number provided under the Acrobat Sign Solution window at the right.
