"Add me" forces me to sign first - but need to sign last

Hi all,

I set the document to sign "in any order," and I put in my own self because I have to sign it after all the other signatures are completed (to verify it's complete) but can't figure out how to stop it from automatically dating my signature and forcing me to sign at the moment that I send the document out (before anyone else has even received it, let alone signed it).

What setting am I missing so I can sign a document I am sending after it's been completed by everyone else?

If I try to leave myself off from the signatures (don't choose "add me") and then try to fill and sign on the completed document it won't let me modify it to sign it because it's locked (since its been signed by the other people and completed). Is there a way to unlock the document to add my signature/date after the document comes back with signatures completed?
