I have built a workflow using PowerAutomate that takes response details from a user's input on Microsoft Form, creates an item in Sharepoint, uses that information to create an agreement from a library template and sends it for signature. The flow was working perfectly until yesterday. Now, on the Microsoft side, it appears everything is working; the flow says it ran successfully; however, no agreement is created in Adobe Sign.
I hope someone is able to help me with this; I am a novice and have no support from my IT Department on this.

I suspect from your screenshots that you are using actions from an older version, however, some of which are deprecated. Hi,
The actions marked with (Old) are still valid but will be deprecated at the beginnin of 2021, so maybe you want to move to the ones that are not marked (Old).
Related to the issue:
As the action Create an Agreement from Template finished fine, but there is no agreement created on Adobe Sign, can you please check the status of agreement after sending using action: "Get the status of an agreement"
The agreement should have status: Out for Approval.
