We consistently get a "Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits" error when sending agreement for signature via Adobe Sign in Acrobat Pro via the 'Request E-Signatures' button. Other documents work fine, but this particular PDF is giving us issues, but we can't figure out why.
Has anyone else found a solution to this problem?
Contacting Sign support also seems impossible, I haven't found a way to submit an actual ticket yet.

Thank you for reaching out.
As the issue occurs with a particular document, it seems to be a file-specific issue. Would you mind sharing the file you are using to send for signature? Also, let us know if you made any changes to the document before sending it for signature.
Did you check if you can send the document using the web application? If not, please try sending it with the web application.
Share the information asked above. It will help us to investigate this behavior.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Does your form have radio buttons? Check the length of the label or value for each option. From our testing the limit seems to be 49 characters. In our experience if you label the optoins 'Yes' and 'No' they work great, but if you have a long label like 'Yes, I understand the above form and attest that I agree to release the above information.' the Adobe Sign request fails.
Very unfortunate that Adobe doesn't show us more specific error messages, or document the character limit anywhere.

It also doesn't seem to be consistent, we think that some Adobe Sign processing servers may have different field character limits, but haven't been able to confirm. It's very dificult (or impossible?) to open a support case with Adobe Sign.
