As you have recently changed the Adobe ID, it seems that you already have an Adobe Sign account registered with that email address.
So, when you change the email address that does not change for the Adobe Sign account.
I did check the email address that you have used to sign in into this forum.
I believe, it is one that you have used as your new Adobe ID.
There is a free account registered under that email address.
