I am having this exact same issue, and my name cannot be changed in my profile. I have a business account, so I don't know why Adobe Sign would send the invoices with my personal name anyway? Can you please email me and let me know how to make the change this information, or can you please do it for me?

Hi Lisab,
I see that your Adobe Sign account is registered under your Adobe ID account.
As you need to change the name on the Adobe Sign account, you will need to first make changes to the name on the Adobe account.
