I checked your account and saw multiple profiles created under the email address.
If you are trying to use Acrobat Sign with your organization's account, I recommend reaching out to your organization's IT team to verify provisioning.
If you already know about the provisioning and licensing, you might want to check the profile you have selected when trying to use Sign.
