Re: How to create an agreement using a custom workflow through the API

Hello! I'm trying to find a solution for the same problem with the error codes: INVALID_WORKFLOW_ID and MISSING_REQUIRED_TO_FIELD.

I can't find anywhere a solution, an answer for this, event though many have asked.

What fields is this error reffering to MISSING_REQUIRED_TO_FIELD?

I've used the minimal schema and the complete schema; i've filled only the required parameters and then I've tried also with all the parameters filled in. There is no change in the answer for this call.

I found this page, but the only way I can post a question is in the forumns, where I can't find answers related to this.

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html#issue-anchor

Please let me know if there's an answer related only to these error messages on the POST /workflows/{workflowId}/agreements or please also sent me the contact details for the support team.

Hi Alexm,

Sorry for the delay in response.

The Adobe Sign support team is tasked to handle post-sales support requests, it may be the reason they have directed you to the forums.

I would recommend you to contact Pre-Sales team to get help with this. They will be able to provide pre-sales technical assistance to you.

Please refer this link Subscription plans for eSign services | Adobe Document Cloud to get in contact with them.

Hope the information h
