Hi Tobij,

Could you please let us know if you recently tried to change the email address for the Adobe Sign account?

If yes, it seems that the email address did not change for your account.

It generally, happens when there is already an account exist with the email address that you have used as the new ID on your current account.

Please share your both email address(old and new) in the private message.

You can use the steps mentioned here How Do I Send Private Message to initiate a private message on forums.

Note: Do not share your email address on the forum or any other social sites.
