Whenever I try and click on the "Reports" link it goes to an error page and reads:
"Sorry, we were not able to process your request.
Please sign in and try again.
If this error persists, please contact support.
Error Code: 150422091954493.ord-prod-app17"
I have logged in multiple times and I get this error every time. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now???

Did you try different browser as well? And if yes, then I would recommend to open the ticket with Support as they can troubleshoot the issue at their end. Also, provide the date range and screenshot of Report setup in support ticket:

How do I open a support ticket? I tried to do that as well, but could not find the link.

You can login to EchoSign account and click '?' and then can select "Get Started" under Contact Support.
