Real shame on the design of the support system by Adobe!!

The support system is really designed extremely poorly. When you login to the account there is no real live help and no obvious link to any immediate help. Adobe has hidden the help in obscure places and are very evasive to provide any help.  Overall, my take is that the website and pages are fancy but really no one at adobe took the time and see if the support really address the basic feature of a help system!!! Shame on someone who called themselves EXPERT!!

Here is the problem, I signed up for eSign a while ago, we do 4 documents a month. I was told by the sale representative that I should take the business version that has no restriction. I read the details and features and signed up for Business eSign. Now for the 4th time that I ma trying to use the service and send a new document for eSignatures, the online account comes up with a message telling me I cannot send a document more larger than 100 pages!! Upgrade!!  Well that is great new!!! This information should have been upfront when I registered and signed up. This is very important bottle neck that has been hidden in a crafty way!! It is not disclosed upfront, until the moment you need to send a document!!  Such a bad sales tactic.

I hope you can help to resolve the issue quickly!!  PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST I NEED TO UPGRADE TO ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT- THAT WOULD BE TOTAL NONSENSE!!!

In addition, there is no real live help or phone number to call, although there is many places on the website says "Contact us"!!!  I thinkit should say "Contact us - but don't expect to find us!!  Good luck you have already paid, we don't care "

We are in my company are considering the same, to change provider and product. The restrictions and support are not acceptable compared to the pricing.

Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues getting in touch with the Support folks. But i can help you with your query here.

For Enterprise/Business Adobe Sign accounts, default upload page limit is set to 100. You can visit this page to know about the page restrictions for different tiers: Transaction Limits

But the good news is that you can get it customized to suit your requirements. Just drop an email to support@echosign.com with your consent to increase the default upload page size limit for your Adobe Sign account so that you don't face this issue again in future.

You can use the same email address for any further support requests too.

Hope this helps!

Sameer Puri
