Recently, alot of my recipient for esigns will complete it and click "Finish" will receive a Something went wrong prompt. They will refresh it and fill in the document again, and will receive the same error prompt. Is there a way to fix this issue? Or is there an auto save? So when they open the link again it will be filled in from the previous time they opened it, except the signature of course.

I have the same issue, I managed to find a chat with a human, and was informed that it is because some of the fields are created in the Classic e-sign experience and they need to be created in the new e-signing experience. After working out what he was on about, in summary they have a new e-sign system. So when someone tries to complete the form, it is not until the submission/finish signing part that it crashes and then opens in the Classic version. The signer then has to redo the whole form. Ours is a lengthy registration document with contracts etc and therefore over 20 pages long. They have told me to recreate the form BUT you can't tell what fields need recreating!
