Recipient says they signed but all I get back is an email with a hyperlink

I'm trying to have someone sign a document and everytime they say they signed it, but I keep getting a hyperlink back in a separate email under the subject "Adobe Sign, an Adobe Document Cloud Solution".  I tried replicating the process to myself with a blank document, but no matter what I did I got a signed document back without the email I keep getting from the other person.  Anyone know what might be going on?

We're experiencing the same issue. I'm currently assessing the options for my organization whether to go for Adobe Sign or not. 

Is there already an answer to this question?
