Red x email confirmation outlook

I have an issue that has recently started and can not find the solution.

We are running Outlook 2007 with a supervisor email. In the past, when the supervisor was notified, he received an email with the pictures displayed. Recently, the pictures included the screenshot of the agreement have been replaced with a red x. I have confirmed the Outlook secured temp folder and the settings. This is only with the echosign notifications and I am unsure if it is a setting in outlook or the echosign panel. Can you help me get some direction?
