Redirect from Salesforce/Conga integration displaying error

New Here ,
May 14, 2020 May 14, 2020

We are using a custom Conga Composer parameter &DS7=24 to generate the Conga template and automatically send to Adobe eSign via browser. However, I receive an error even though I've logged into my Adobe Sign account on Chrome. The parameter does specify Adobe esign version 9.5 or higher, but I'm not sure how that applies to the browser. I am using an Enterprise trial account during this client implementation, so I also don't know if that's also causing the error. When I change the parameter to &DS7=14, the document generates, loads in the preview screen, and if the user clicks "Send", then I am immediately prompted to sign. The business use case is that once the Conga template is generated, then it should pop up the Adobe sign page at that moment vs needing to go into the user's email to click on the "View and Sign" button. This may not be possible without development, but thought I'd ask and see if I'm just missing something.
