Hi All,

We used VIP Enterprise for Adobe Sign, and we still have remaining transaction limit before of 2,500 before it expires. Can the remaining transaction limit from Adobe Sign be accumulated during renewal?

Hi Aisyah24809931urf4,

Thank you for reaching out.

Adding to the information shared by Mariahweyne.

As Mariahweyne mentioned, the transaction limit number does not roll over. It is the maximum transaction limit set for an account on a per-year/ user license basis. Once the account is renewed, it will be renewed according to the assigned limit.
